I stayed for 4 nights and the staff were really the absolute gem of this place! the reception team helped me get a taxi last minute to the louvre. i even enjoyed coffee and cake at night. It was a surprise bonus after exploring the city. it was a wonderful stay!
The room was small. There was no closet space. i used the same towels for 3 days! they need to improve that part.

A Romantic Parisian Escape

I enjoyed the complimentary coffee and cake each afternoon. It was a sweet surprise after a long day. It became our special family time. We loved the hotel's retro vibe, and the kids especially enjoyed the swing. The staff were the gem of this place, providing excellent service across reception and breakfast.

I found the complimentary pastries and fruit to be a nice bonus. The room was clean and the location allowed us to walk around easily to find food. shopping and train stations were close, which I appreciate.
I noticed the room was quite small, and there was no closet space available, a bit inconvenient.

The hotel is near many authentic bars, restaurants, patisseries and bakeries. Multiple metro stops are very close, which makes getting around convenient and easy. I found the walking distance to Gare du Nord for the Eurostar very helpful.

The staff was polite and helpful. The hotel provided very secure luggage storage before and after check-in. I appreciated that coffee and cakes were available all day as well as fruit, all for free.

The room i occupied was quite small. space was limited. the shower lacked consistent temperature control. It fluctuated unexpectedly between hot and cold, annoying. this issue needs addressing for a more comfortable experience.
